- 5 / 5By Bridget UngerSome individuals do not even know what they are speaking about. Has anyone worked in a "real" scratch bakery or even know how to make these products. The breads are mostly European style breads which are usually hard on the outside. As far as getting the order right, don't be a person that has special requests and very limited patience.....otherwise go to McDonalds where you can have it " your way."
I am not saying that is by far stellar service but at least have the intelligence to know what you are speaking about. Life isn't always about you!!! Try working in a scratch bakery and you will see what it takes. Panera is an a scratch bakery but the best a person may find these days.November 29, 2016
