Multiple visits I've had to ask for someone to answer the drive thru like today and today I had 3 employees just sit at the drive thru window laughing, with my order sitting right there. Once one of them decided to stop chatting with the other 2 and finally hand me my order, there was nothing said, just a scowl on her face like I was interrupting her conversation. I'd finally had enough of this location and gave her attitude right back to her. Start training your employees some valuable customer service skills or hold them accountable for their horrible attitudes.December 26, 2016
